The service provided by Electapro was first class. Despite difficulties in my availability a mutually acceptable time and date was found within a week. They arrived promptly on the day arranged and set about providing an excellent solution offering an alternative procedure which provided a better service at no additional cost. On successful completion they left the house in an exemplary condition. Subsequently, when one of the components I had purchased failed, a quick telephone call to Electapro and a follow up visit, free of charge, soon put the fault right. Thank you for your recent help preparing a quote to install Wi-Fi networking at a local holiday let complex. You were able to suggest a number of options for the client to consider & demonstrated an in depth knowledge of Power over Ethernet, wireless & Power Line networking. Working with you over a number of weeks we were able to refine the best way to approach the difficult brief & produce a proposal to deliver a reliable connection whist keeping visible cabling to a minimum.

As I have a period cottage I was anxious that any installation on my property would take this into consideration. Mark came to my home and discussed various options and put my mind at ease, thoroughly explaining what he would be able to do.
