Taking on a building project can present some challenging obstacles.  To complete the job efficiently, on time and to budget at the required quality is always our main aim.  Our business is based on quality work and word of mouth recommendation. 

The nature or our business offers you the customer with the complete solution.  A coordinated effort that involves professional trades talking and working alongside each other is essential.   This combined with effective project management provides the best chance of delivering a successful conclusion to the contract.

A realistic budget, timeframe and a written quotation detailing what is included in the project, form the outline of our obligations to each other.  Our experience shows this is a fundamental element of the customer/contractor relationship.  Once a quotation is accepted a payment schedule will request a deposit to allow for the payment of materials and hiring of any plant, access equipment or preparatory work to begin.  This deposit will be registered and is protected under an independent payment protection scheme.
